Order process at MJI

Customer enquiry

  • Quote as requested
  • Confirm order

Quality check lumber

  • Customer selects 2 random bundles from packing lists supplied prior to loading
  • The sawmill will open these bundles and send detailed pictures of the boards to the customer

Post shipment

  • Customer selects 2 further bundles from the packing lists. To be opened on arrival at their premises
  • Our QC meets with the customer and checks the nominated bundles, plus any additional bundles they ask to be checked
  • Customer signs our delivery notes to confirm the quality meets the contract terms.
